What is Sportsman’s Gear Daily?
We are an online retailer / marketing company that works very hard to find quality products for the hunter, fisherman, camper and outdoor enthusiast to sell at exceptional value (Good Stuff at Bargain Prices).
Who are you guys?

To be honest, were a couple of guys just like you who are looking for a better way to provide for our families. We have focused in the area (The Great Outdoors) where we have the greatest amount of knowledge and passion. We believe we have found a unique marketing niche that will not only be fun, exciting and rewarding for us, but also our customers.

Why do you only sell one product each day?

By selling only one product daily, it really allows us to focus on finding really great deals rather than just good and OK deals for our customers.

When will the product become available?

At 12:01 AM EST each day “The Good Lord Willing” we will have a new quality product available at a great price. The exceptions might be if the fish are biting, the ducks and geese are flying, the rut is on, our kids need a taxi or we did not finish our “Honey Do List”. But check back every day, I am sure we will work it out some how.

How long is the product available?

A product will only be available for 24 hours or until it becomes sold out since our quantity is limited. Thus our tag line “Gear Today, Gone Tomorrow”.

I missed a great deal yesterday, can I get it now?

Perhaps, however not from us at this time. The best way may be to go to our (Manufacturer’s Tab), scroll down and click on our link to their site. First see if the product is available, if it is, look for their link to locations where the product is sold. Unfortunately, be prepared to pay a lot more for not checking in with us every day. Now I bet you really understand our tag line “Gear Today, Gone Tomorrow”.

Why am I limited to only 3 products each day?

Our site is for our customers to find great products at exceptional values. So go ahead and buy one for you, your dad, and your buddy. Our intention is not to become a supplier for all those auction sites out their. So, let’s be nice to our fellow sportsman and share the savings.

How do I get more information about the product?

If our written description and video of the products features and benefits are not sufficient, try the manufacturer from our manufacturer’s link. You may also ask questions of fellow outdoor enthusiasts in our Discuss Today’s Gear section. If the product is new to the market, we will do our best to give you an honest and accurate description.

Why do you guys do a video on feature’s and benefits?

Our kid’s told us it would be really cool. They also said they would do that uploading stuff. We also know how difficult it can be to buy online when you have questions and concerns about a specific product. In our features and benefits video, we will try to anticipate what these questions and concerns may be and answer them as professionally as possible. We also hope this additional information will enhance your buying decision, since we do not accept returns.

Did I just say returns?

Oops, if I did, I am very sorry, but, we do not take returns.  When buying an item, you should have No Regrets, and we will have No Returns. If you really don’t like your purchase, knowing it’s a great product at a great price, give it to your buddy, or better yet, sell it to him or her for a profit.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

Ninety-nine percent of the time the manufacturer will be the place to go. This is the first place you should go unless you were instructed otherwise in our gear description. From our manufacturers links find the appropriate link and either e-mail or call their customer service department to discuss the problem and receive your RMA number. They will either repair or replace the damaged or defective item promptly. If the item is not repairable or replaceable, they will authorize a full refund which will be promptly credited to your account.

If you do not receive satisfaction from the manufacturer or were originally instructed to contact SGD directly for damage or defected merchandise, go to our Contact Us tab and request your RMA Number. When requesting a RMA Number please include the product description, date of purchase and the trouble you are having. Once you receive your RMA Number and Shipping Label please return the product as promptly as possible. In most case where a product is returned to SGD, expect a full refund to be credited to your account, especially if the product was sold out.

What kind of customer support do you have?

As good as the manufacturer can supply. Seriously, the manufacturer knows his product better than anyone. He also knows how very important it is to take excellent care of our mutual clients. If you are not satisfied with the manufacturer, please go to Contact Us tab and let us know all the facts surrounding the problem. We will work very hard to resolve any conflicts or concerns you may have. We and our manufacturers are well aware that if you do something nice for someone, they will tell an average of 3 people. We are also well aware if you annoy someone they will tell an average of 14 people.

What about manufacturer’s warranty?

You guessed it. From our manufacturers links find the appropriate link and either e-mail or call their customer service department to clarify your warranty question.

Can I talk to a representative?

Not very easily, it might interrupt our work at our favorite fishing hole trying a new product. However, if you feel you must, please use the Contact Us tab to tell us in detail what it is that we need to talk about. WE will generally respond within 24 hours. Don’t forget to give us your phone number if you really want a call.

Was this entire business model your original idea?

No, there are several others who have traveled this path before us. It was our idea was to use the site for the Sportsman and Outdoor enthusiast while adding the concept product features and benefits via video.

How do I set up an account with SGD?

Go to the top of our home page where it says “New? Start Here”. Complete the My Account Information page with your personal and contact information. Once the boring stuff is done, give yourself a really cool Username and Password which you can easily remember, but your buddy or former spouse can’t guess.

What are my payment options?

We currently accept Pay-Pal, Visa, MasterCard but expect to add other forms shortly. We will also negotiate for Fishing and Hunting trips or other really cool outdoor excursions.

How are items shipped?
Most of the time we ship using those nice Guy’s and Gal’s in those big earthy brown trucks. Please note we normally only ship by Ground which is very efficient but not much faster than the Pony Express. Please allow a full 10 business days for shipping. If you need it sooner, please do not purchase the product. We don’t want to disappoint Dad on Fathers Day, Mom on Mothers Day or Kids all the rest of the days in the year.
Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship to the lower 48 (Continental United States). However if you guys make us successful, we will look to expand our range of service.

Where do you ship from?

You can expect shipments to come from just about any state in the union and possibly Canada at times. Much of our items will be shipped by the manufacturer, sometimes fulfillment houses and many times our warehouse in Southern New Jersey.

How can I track my order?

Yes, if your order is shipped by UPS you will be able to track it. If your order is shipped by USPS you will not be able to track it. If your product does not arrive in 10 business days, please contact through our Contact Us tab.

Where is SGD located?

Currently, we are located in Southern New Jersey. However, we are looking to move to that 1,000 acre utopia of big bucks, monster bass and noisy long beards with scenic views. If you or anyone you know is willing to trade that utopia for a life time membership to SGD, please contact us immedieatly.
